Opening Hours 

The Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Customer Service Advisors in the Contact Centre can deal with the majority of enquiries including:

*  Reporting Repairs  

*  General Maintenance Issues

*  Rent Account Enquiries

*  Reporting Incidents of Anti–Social behaviour

*  Enquiries about Applications for Rented Accommodation / Transfer Requests

*  Any General Enquiries

If the Customer Service Advisor is unable to answer your query they will ask an appropriate officer to call you back within 5 working days.

Our offices are closed at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

We are also closed between Christmas and New Year.
